Yogurt soup Turkish
The recipe I have from a book of Turkish recipes. Quick, easy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    750 ml

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    750 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

For the broth you can take the same cubes. So,prepare the broth. Pepper, salt, cook until boiling. When the broth begins to boil, add the rice, reduce the heat and cook for about 15 minutes. At this time, stir the starch and add it to the yogurt. Also add the egg yolks.

Mass add yogurt, stirring into the broth with the rice, and cook until the rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

Before serving, melt the butter in a pan, add mint and fry gently.
