The bags of pita bread with cheese and grapes
Long ago seduced me this recipe from a magazine, all hands did not reach. Having tried them, I thought, a starter at the time with a glass of wine!!! Tender, spicy, easy dish will decorate any holiday table. Help yourself!!!!!

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Grapes

  • Cheese

  • Yogurt

  • Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Pita bread cut into squares with side 10 cm.

Roll the squares into kites, pin, wooden skewers (I have the usual floss). Kites, you can do wider and bigger since they already are compressed and harder to dump.

Spread on a baking sheet and dry in the oven for 5 minutes. Floss to remove.

Grapes wash and cut each berry in half (I razreshala into 4 pieces because came across large berries). The grapes I understand it is better to take sweet and sour. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Mix cheese with grapes and yogurt. And pepper to taste. Carefully fill the bags.
