Read all the recipes on these delicious rolls, but mine is a little different. The flower forum they shared one of the new posts and seeing photos, I couldn't resist the cooking of this great recipe. Son said that this should be the stove, and I have the hand and reaching to grab another piece!

Cooking
Mix warm milk and yeast.
Eggs at room temperature beat with a mixer until fluffy foam.
To the milk and yeast, add beaten eggs, 0.5 cups sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and 3 tbsp. softened (non-liquid!) oil.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt.
Add flour mixture to milk and knead the dough, it should be tender and not stick to hands. If flour is not enough, it can be a little add, but don't overdo it and the dough when baked will be tough. Cover the dough with a towel and allow to rise 1 hour.
Then on a floured table roll out the dough in a fairly thin layer. With the softened butter ( about 3 table. spoons). Well sprinkle with mixture of 1 Cup sugar and cinnamon, distributing evenly over all the dough. Cinnamon I took 2 tablespoons, but next time even less will think, I love a little was the taste and the flavor of it.
Tightly rolled into a roll.
Slice with a very sharp knife with a thickness of 2-3 cm.
The form vystelit baking paper, lay out the buns. Bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Do cheese icing on it.: mix cream cheese, icing sugar and remaining softened butter. I took Mascarpone cheese.
Remove the buns from the oven.
Ready! Now enjoy delicious Cinnabon rolls!
