I know you'll start to fix me, they say, traditional pies, not plachinda. It's a tradition in our family for centuries that this Shedevry we called exclusively so. I remember this dish from childhood, my beloved grandmother cooked it, and then I taught mom and mom – me... Yes, this dish is already there, and so wanted to surprise cook... In a bowl place the flour, salt, gradually add water and knead thoroughly. The dough should be soft and elastic.
