Cooking
To dissolve the yeast, mixing them with warm yogurt, warm water, sugar and flour. Stir, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Butter cut into pieces and place in a small saucepan, put on fire.

Sift in a separate large bowl the remaining flour, add salt, sugar, mix
Then add the melted butter, yoghurt and yeast mixture, knead soft dough, if necessary add some more warm water. The dough cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. When it to increase in volume, punch down again.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. For this cheese to crumble into a bowl, add the yogurt and sugar, mix well.
Ready divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts. Roll into balls, then flatten balls with hand, in the middle to make a hole.
Put in the filling recess ( 1.5 tbsp). Baking tray lay baking paper and put the buns. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Then you can bake. Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 25 minutes.
