Chicken fillet cut into serving pieces, cover with finely chopped garlic mixed with salt. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
In a skillet fry the meat on both sides until Golden brown. Then pour into pan fried meat
In a pan fry the chopped in small pieces onions and tomatoes (I removed the skin from the tomatoes. Put on top of meat in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180 gr.
Then sprinkle with finely worn cheese, mixed with finely chopped greens and again in the oven for 5 minutes. Garnish mashed potatoes with pickles.
