Description

A casserole of cheese
The ratio of cheese to casseroles is formed in childhood. Sometimes, without a soul, that is, the cooked casserole in the kindergarten completely discourages to eat cottage cheese and all its derivatives. My kids eat this casserole with pleasure. As is the case when they "delicious" and "useful". It turns out moderately sweet with a light citrus taste and delicate shading. The recipe is from the book of the reputable Russian cooks V. Mikhailov and A. Anohina "2000 best culinary recipes." Laced with my creamy chernoslivovymi sauce.

Cooking

step-0
Cheese I try to take low fat. Figure, you know ))) Can be any fat content. In the original recipe it was suggested to wipe through a sieve, but I don't. I like the grainy, similar to a rustic cottage. Cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, egg, zest of half a lemon (to grate), a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar (optional) stir. And leave "make friends" bit. I say at once that sweet tooth it is better to increase the "dose" of sugar, adding a couple of spoons.
step-1
Meanwhile prunes for the sauce to soak in hot water. Make the filling: 1 egg mixed with half Cup of sour cream until smooth. You can just plug.
step-2
In the form, greased with butter (margarine, rust.oil) and sprinkled with breadcrumbs spread cottage cheese mixture. It is quite thick.
step-3
Even it with a fork, a shovel... And evenly pour the filling.
step-4
Bake about 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. I usually put 15 minutes on 200 degrees, and rest of the time 180. At this time, make the sauce: Finely chop the prunes (or resort to using machinery), add sour cream. If you want, or rather, the taste, you can add sugar.
step-5
Casserole is ready. Before removing from the mold it is better to wait for ten minutes. For the great "nehochuh" you can disguise a casserole, cut out of her molds figures. )))
step-6
Bon appetit!
