Cooking
For salsa: tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, finely chop and season with olive oil mixed with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, add a drop of Tabasco. Mix well.
Boiled tongue, finely chop and mix well with salsa. Cover with wrap and place in refrigerator to marinate at least 30 min. Simple, but tasteful!
