White chocolate break, melt in cream in a water bath. Allow to cool! Add the yoghurt. The consistency of the cream is a little watery, put the cream in the cold. After that it will be a little thicker. Tangerine peel. Divide into segments and remove the white veins as possible. Once again – take tangerines seedless! In a glass or a sundae dish spread the cream (a couple tablespoons), top with slices of mandarins. Alternate cream and slices until glass is filled. Slices Mandarin add to taste. Decorate the dessert with grated chocolate. Serve immediately.
