Soft, crunchy, very flavorful puff. Hi from my childhood! Love crunching them now, and our children. The main advantage of "Smile" - easy and quick to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

Take margarine, cheese, and scroll through them in a meat grinder.

Add to the resulting mass the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix dough should be soft and elastic.

The dough roll out the cake thickness of 3-5mm and cut out of it circles.

The slices fold in half like this. Dip the resulting "Smile" on one side in sugar and put on greased sheet.

Bake our "Smiles" in a preheated 200 deg. oven for 15 minutes.
