Sweet rolls with cottage cheese and pita bread
This delicious cottage cheese loaf came into our family with ease. It began with the fact that the son didn't want to eat cheese and had to come up with something other than casseroles and cheesecakes. In the filling with cream cheese, you can add any supplements: dried fruits, frozen and fresh berries, apples, banana, even nuts. Cheese roll is perfect as a snack, or for dessert.

Beat the egg with sugar into a homogeneous mass, add the cheese and mix thoroughly.
