Pita bread stuffed with
The name "Swedish family", not because I peeped this recipe in Sweden (where I never was), but because this dish is formed of 3 main layers, stacked on top of each other (pita bread+toppings+pita bread). Good, hearty, juicy snack at any time of the day or night.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Tuna

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients. Pre-boil eggs (hard boiled), onion and garlic peeled, of canned tuna, drained and juice.

Finely chop cucumber, tuna, onion, bell pepper, boiled eggs, green onion, garlic.

Lay one sheet of pita bread and grease it with mayonnaise.

On this sheet are beginning to spread, evenly, our ingredients. First a layer of eggs, then pepper, then salt the cucumbers, onion and garlic.

Then, evenly distribute the tuna and add green onions. Add salt, ground pepper to taste.

The second sheet of lavash, also grease with mayonnaise. After that, cover them (the side that is smeared with mayonnaise), our first sheet that contains all of the ingredients.

Now turn all into a roll

Roll, top, grease with butter (previously melted) and put into the oven for 15-20миут.

Don't know how others (living alone), and I liked it. Encouraged to apply themselves with wine, so went to cheer (and the pita bread and the wine). Raccoon approve of and like me put.
