The last meat meal before lent

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ginger

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    50 g

Meat cut small slices, to fry.Chopped onion marinated in vinegar for 10 min. Grate the cucumber, finely chop the cabbage. Spread on the pita bread, the meat,ginger, pickled onions,cucumber, cabbage. Pour ketchup and mayonnaise. Wrap. Warm in the microwave (2 minutes).
