Description
A very simple and affordable recipe for an Apple pie. For the recipe a huge thanks to Lily Changelog (Renner). Pie is airy, soft, not dry, but moderately moist. Pie is delicious both warm and cold.

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, and salt until white. Add sour cream, margarine (who doesn't like margarine, you can substitute butter, then flour it should take less) and whisk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add to the butter-egg mixture, constantly whisking.
Detachable form diameter. 26 cm, cover baking paper, Boca forms sprinkle with oil. Put the dough, flatten.
Apples cleaned, remove core, cut into 4 slices. Each slice cut into a few times, not cutting through to the end, so that the slice has not collapsed (it took me 2.5 Apple). Notched lay slices on the dough in a circle, close to the side, lightly pressing down. I put one quarter in the center and I thought, very successfully. Apples dusted with cinnamon.
Bake pie in preheated oven to 180 C, for about an hour, guided by your oven, after 30 minutes of baking, cover pie with foil, so not much darkened. Willingness to check the wooden spokes.
The finished cake, still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar. To give the cake a little to cool down and release from form. Once completely cooled you can begin the tea party.
