Cheese pasta
Delicious cheesy pasta with crab sticks and salmon, and is suitable as a stuffing for eggs and vegetables, as an appetizer on toasts, canapés and crackers, or simply in the form of balls. The dish is quite hearty and not too "crisis", but quite festive!

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    230 g

  • Mascarpone

    100 g

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Salmon

    30 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 tsp

  • Caviar

    2 tsp

  • Dill

  • Lime

In a blender, chop the crab sticks with cheese "Mascarpone" cheese and Gorgonzola, mayonnaise, dill and 1/3 of the salmon.

The resulting paste is spread out in portioned cups.

On top of the remaining salmon, cut into slices, half a spoon of caviar, garnish with dill and slices of lime.
