Diet soup with seafood
This soup can be eaten as much as necessary and without restrictions, and most importantly, it is delicious and beautiful and not boring.

Ingredients

  • Herring

  • Brussels sprouts

  • Cauliflower

  • Broccoli

  • Beans

  • Pepper

  • Broth

  • Curry

  • Basil

Boil 1 liter of water. Cabbage cauliflower and broccoli divide into florets, pepper cut into cubes. All the vegetables you can use frozen. The number is arbitrary. I added a handful of each ingredient.

For seasoning, I used beef broth, curry paste gives the soup a spicy taste that reminds me of the taste of miso soup in Japanese cuisine. Although you can do without it. The soup will not lose its charm.

In boiling water, first laying beans, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, and add the other ingredients including seasonings except Basil. The broth in taste, and the curry paste no more than one teaspoon. Another 5-7 minutes and the soup is ready. Before you turn off the stove, add the Basil.
