In Ukraine there are two dishes that a real man can eat every day, that we all know soup and hot, slightly spicy with a distinctive sour soup called "kapustnyak"...

Clean the vegetables and boil our soup. To do this in a saucepan, pour 2,5 - 3 l of cold water, drop into the water the meat, I had a piece of pork with a vertebra, throw a whole carrot, onion, peppercorns and Bay leaf two. Cook the whole thing on a slow fire for about an hour, not forgetting regularly to remove the foam, then retrieved pepper, Bay leaf, and our carrots with onions. Leave to languish for another hour...

Vegetables cut in an arbitrary order. I'm a potato and onion cut cubes, and the carrots rubbed on a grater.

To cook greens, you can choose to your taste, I have green onions and parsley. Also a very important ingredient is dried red chilli, which will give our dish a "spark" and the original flavor.

After our soup protomers 2 hours, throw our sauerkraut, bring to a boil and add potatoes, onions and carrots.

Bring to readiness of vegetables, add herbs, throw our dried pepper and add a small piece of butter. Please note, kapusniak I don't roast, so the taste is softer and lighter. Sprinkle with salt, add a little ground black pepper, remove from heat, cover with a lid and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes.
