Appetizer for the winter
Very tasty. Make for the winter 3-4 times, and even till the middle of winter is not enough. My home start cracking as soon as I start to cook. The scent is for the whole house. Can use as a separate dish or as a filling for soups and second courses. Matches perfectly with meat and fish.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    5 kg

  • Carrots

    2 kg

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Pepper

    1.5 kg

  • Sunflower oil

    500 ml

  • Salt

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

All vegetables should be washed. Tomatoes and carrots peel and cut arbitrarily to your combine could easily shred them
