Brizol
A hearty meat dish. Will appeal to all.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Ketchup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

Rotate the meat a couple of times through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, add 1 egg and mix well minced. Make minced 4 balls, as large meatballs.

In a large flat dish, break 1 egg and beat it lightly with a fork.

On a floured Board roll the meat ball, the size of the rolled out meat cake should match the diameter of the pan, which will fry brizol. The first time, it may be difficult to do, but once the meat will gradually absorb the flour, stuffing the pellet will be formed very easily. Gently slide the cake of minced meat with the eggs in a hot pan with a few tablespoons of oil (2 tbsp oil). You need to fry on high heat until the egg browned.

Prepare sauce – mayonnaise, mixed with crushed garlic, and chop the greens and slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin plates.

Brizol put on a plate with egg down, plenty of grease sauce, sprinkle with herbs and put a slice of cucumber. I usually use pickles, but it's summer, so I decided to use the fresh cucumber.
