Mini cheesecake with blue cheese and bacon
Lovely ladies on March 8 offered to taste a cheesecake, but not simple, and eateries. The taste of this dish forms mainly cheese, so the wine I picked it up under this component. With blue cheese the best combination of dessert wines and also fortified wines and strong red wines or rich, dry white wines. Therefore, I recommend to offer these cheesecake two kinds of wine. And my personal choice - a heavy red. To prepare this appetizer in advance, to a festive day to be free )))

Ingredients

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Cracker

    60 g

  • Bacon

    8 piece

  • Cheese curd

    225 g

  • Blue cheese

    115 g

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Cookie cutters (or a cooking ring with a diameter of 5 cm) oil 1 tbsp oil. The cookies turn into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin. We need 1/2 Cup crumbs.

The rest of the butter melt and add the crumbs of crackers. Mix well. Crackers are different, and therefore the oil may need a little more. "Dough" should not be too crumbly.

From the resulting mass form the basis of mini-cheesecakes and refrigerate for 1 hour.

6 strips of bacon, chop and fry in a pan until crispy (about 10 minutes). Put on a napkin to stack the excess fat.

With a fork mix together cheeses.

Add bacon and nuts, mix well.

Place, tamping in molds, smooth the surface. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

Ready cake remove from the form. For decoration 2 strips of bacon, fry until crisp, broken into 3 parts. Decorate cheesecakes with bacon and walnuts.
