Chocolate cake-cake
Very tender and tasty dessert. Mega chocolate around the middle, which is very similar to the cream, is a delicate sponge cake. Like very much children, and adults, I think, will not refuse.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    115 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Cocoa powder

    40 g

  • Flavor

Cooking

Butter to melt. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat egg yolks with sugar until light foam. Pour in the butter and stir until smooth.

Mix the flour with cocoa. In whipped mass add milk, mix gently. Slowly pour the flour weight and mix with a whisk.

Add a few drops of vanilla flavoring TM". Oetker".

Proteins beat until resistant foam. And parts, three times, gently add to the batter. Don't be alarmed that the dough is liquid, so it should be.

Ramekin ( they are easier) or one large form of grease with vegetable oil and pour in the dough.

Put in the oven heated to t=160 for 40-50 min. the top of the first rise, and then fall off. This is normal. When you are ready, the structure must cease to tremble and harden.

Allow to cool completely and remove to twelve hours in the refrigerator. During this time the structure has reached the desired structure.
