Cooking
Mix the cheese, semolina, sugar, salt and egg, stir.
Add bran, mix and allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Cover the table with a handful of flour (I prefer whole wheat), roll in flour, cottage cheese and roll into a sausage.
Cut "sausage" into small pieces (before cutting with the knife wetted in water, so sticking to it curd, and the pieces were smooth) Put in boiling salted water dumplings as soon as will emerge, cook for 2 minutes and take out. As a decoration and additions to the dumplings, I took the sour cream, honey and sesame seeds. Everything is simple, healthy and delicious! Bon appetit, cooks!!!
