Baton mustard
Very tasty, light, flavorful and a huge loaf. Like on the website is not found. It can be a festive table decoration!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    270 ml

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Put in bread maker products in accordance with the instructions.

Mix well the dough and put into greased Cup 30-40 minutes (in a warm place), closing the Cup with a film.

After 40 min. here's our dough.

Form a loaf, make shallow incisions, spread on a greased (I have a silicone baking Mat) baking sheet and put into a warm place for 30 minutes for proofing.

Grease the loaf with the beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake at 200 degrees for 45 min. Guided by your oven.
