Tart with pears
Delicious tart with pears and sweet cream.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

  • Vanilla

Flour, cheese, butter, and eggs, knead the dough, adding the baking powder. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough, put in a greased form, making bumpers. Prick with a fork and bake in the preheated oven. Temperature 200 gr. Bake until tender, about 20 minutes.

Pears cut into cubes, put in sauce pan with butter, sprinkle with sugar, caramelize. Add brandy. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

Milk is put on fire, put it in the lemon zest, bring to a boil, then peel to remove. Remain the lemon fragrance. The very peel is not necessary.

In a mixer beat 2 eggs, 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp flour and vanilla. If the mass is too thick - add a couple of tablespoons of cold milk.

In boiling milk trickle pour in the beaten ground. With constant stirring, over low heat, bring cream to a boil and switch off.

The basis of Tarth, by the time is ready, take out from the oven, put the hot pear, distribute all the resulting juice.

Spread on top the cream too hot. Wait until all this beauty has cooled and saturated. It will take a couple of hours. It is better to put in a cold place.
