Pork
I once dumped recipe - chicken "young woman --" http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/355 74/, and so decided on the same principle to cook roast pork with cream only (I spotted a similar way to bookmarks in memory). Turned out very tasty and tender meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Cream

    120 ml

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

First prepare our "explosive" mixture. In the cream, squeeze the garlic, put salt and mustard and mix well. Let stand for about 30 minutes to cream enriched content.

Then strain through a gauze and squeeze well. What is left in the gauze not thrown away, it is still useful to us.

Now take a simple medical syringe, preferably more, we collect our "explosive" mixture and away we go... begin to carefully cut away the meat. Punctures need to do as much as possible. In every puncture to inject 1~2ml of liquid. The more cream gets in, the more tender the meat will be. If after all this procedure you have a mixture, don't worry, we use it.

Then make a little bed for the meat. Refractory pan (or whatever you have)vistream foil. Now we need our middle, which is left after straining the cream. Take a little and spread on the bottom.

Put on top of our meat and on top to cover, sprinkle with pepper. If you still have "explosive" mixture, then it is possible here to use, just pour the meat on top.

We pack it well to avoid holes. And bake it in the oven at t 220*C for about an hour (at least). Although, you may need more time (depends on oven). And before you remove the meat, it must be pierced and see what is juice (if pink, then the meat's not ready yet).

Cooked meat not immediately removed from the foil, and leave - let him stand up. And get it immediately before slicing and serving.
