To prepare berries for canning: to sort, wash. Put to boil water, blanch the berries for 3 minutes. Remove from the water, mince, turning it into a puree. Mince again, making the grind more "subtle". Supply capacity for boiling on a medium heat, add sugar in proportion 1:1 and cook until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. After boiling, keep on heat for 3-5 minutes.
Sterilize the Bank and sealed the jam in any way. I first used the vacuum caps, see what happens. :) The cooking time is approximate. Buckets chernoplodku I got almost 9 gallons of jam. I will now visit with his jam to go!
