  • Red currants

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

Red currant squeeze the juice (I squeezed through cheesecloth, folded in 4 layers). In the juice add sugar and stir until completely dissolved, it is better to interfere with a spoon (from the mixer appears the foam). As the sugar is completely dissolved, transfer the jelly into sterilized jars and close with lids.
