I love this salad. Gentle, lightweight (easy on the taste, not caloric content :).

Ingredients

  • Sprats

    2 can

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Mayonnaise

A piece of butter put in the freezer. Cheese, yolks and RUB on a small grater separately.

Sprats (without oil) and crush with a fork is the first layer. On sprats finely chopped onion, if the onion is very bitter – scald it with boiling water. Top with mayonnaise (not very much).
