Cooking

step-0
I had a great pepper, but if you have less, then the dish can put a few world-cups with salad. So, take a bell pepper, any color, a sharp thin knife from the spout make the cuts, not dorezaya to the bottom of 3-3,5 cm
step-1
Then use the knife with each leaf very carefully cut the flesh without damaging the skin, until the end of cuts.
step-2
Next, the peppers were immersed in very cold water for 1-2 hours. The colder the water, the faster the leaves will be revealed. I placed the peppers in the jar, but when the leaves began to unfold I had to shift it into a wide bowl.
step-3
While our pepper turns into a beautiful "Cup", we are preparing the salad. Pork heart boiled in water 1-1,5 hours for half an hour before end of cooking sprinkle with salt and put a Bay leaf. Heart is ready let cool and cut into strips.
step-4
Carrots three as anyone pleases, onion cut into strips and together with the carrot fry in vegetable oil until soft.
step-5
Carrots and onions let cool and add to the heart.
step-6
Egg grate on a coarse grater.
step-7
Olives, pitted and cut into rings.
step-8
For all ingredients, add mayonnaise, mix of pepper and salt (salt carefully, mayonnaise and olives are salty). All mix well.
step-9
Get out of the water revealed pepper, with a knife carefully cut away the flesh that we are separated from the leaves, gently clean the "Cup" of seeds and internal partitions and can be filled with our spice-flower salad.
