Soft and refreshing, rich and delicious and beautiful salad. Perfect for a family dinner or dinner when at the table the most close and native, when I want to feed good food and just have a good time. All the ingredients are the most common, but rice - it's cooked with fragrant spices and the taste of the salad becomes more off the beaten track. Try?

  • Corn

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 pinch

  • Turmeric

  • Pepper Cayenne

    1 pinch

  • Garlic powder

    1 pinch

  • Mayonnaise

    100 ml

  • Horseradish

  • Lemon juice

  • Paprika sweet

    1 pinch

Cooking

One packet of rice boiled in boiling water for 30 minutes.

In a pan pour olive oil, add the spices - coriander, turmeric, Cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, add the rice and, stirring occasionally, tormented over low heat for 5 minutes. Cover with a lid and leave the rice to cool and absorb flavors.

In a salad bowl mix the diced cucumbers and eggs, corn (drain), cooled rice, add to taste a little salt and stir.

From the tuna to drain the fluid.

Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and horseradish to taste. Fill separately the tuna and separate the rice with vegetables. Put into the form for batch feeding of the rice,

Turn the form and put the salad on a dish. Decorate - I decorated with parsley and served a La carte. If it is not possible to do batch - mix all the ingredients together and serve in one bowl
