Mousse of cauliflower with cream
Ladies, on the eve of women's day would like to recommend to you a mouth-watering vegetable mousse with no less delicate Chantilly cream. Extremely successful and pleasant combination. For the recipe many thanks to Svetlana Plansee.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

  • Gelatin

    9 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Salmon

    30 g

Cooking

Cauliflower pour the milk. Boil.

Boil hard-boiled eggs. Soak the gelatin.

Ready, hot cauliflower, eggs, mascarpone (I replaced it with fatty sour cream), salt, pepper, the squeezed out gelatine to combine in one bowl and punch a blender.

Further, the mousse can be spread out on kremanka, or in a large oblong shape, or in silicone molds. Put into the refrigerator until fully cured.

For Chantilly cream. In a cream to put slices of smoked salmon, boil and set aside from heat. Cover tightly and wrap to the cream is well infused. Then put into the refrigerator to cool well.
