Meat pate
Sometimes in life there are difficult times. As they say, money was money, but at the moment nothing. And what now - to leave the family without Breakfast? Of course not, because the freezer is always something you can find. And when a little of everything - what can you make? Of course, pie! And get it tender, with a pronounced taste of meat and mushrooms. Very economical, not greasy, very tasty and nutritious. Much better prepared the pate cans and three times cheaper for sure. Start?


  • Pork

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch


Wash out the meat, skin scrape, pour a small amount of water and bring to boil. Remove the foam, add the half onion, frozen mushrooms, salt and simmer until cooked, even a little to tenderize.
To remove the meat and vegetables and broth to brew a thick porridge. Cool.
Half onion and a small carrot cut into small pieces and fry in oil until Golden. Cool. Put in a blender the meat, mushrooms, cold cereal and vegetable onion. Grind in a homogeneous mass.
Add freshly ground pepper and scientisty nutmeg and grind the paste again.
Ready pie to cool in refrigerator and serve on crisp crackers or fresh bread.
