Cakes made of fine dough with Apple rice
These crispy cakes made of fine paper of the test will appeal to both adults and children. Cardamom adds a sweet rice and Apple stuffing with a touch of East, I would say, sophistication. Thanks to simple and delicious meals so easy to fast.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    70 g

Prepare the filling. Apples clean, cut into small cubes, sprinkle them with sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes so that the apples gave the juice. Remove the seeds from the cardamom pods, grind in a mortar, add to the apples.

Wash rice, boil until tender. Mix with apples. The stuffing is ready.

Prepare the dough. Water (temperature 40°). refined vegetable oil "Oleyna", salt, flour to combine.
