Description
Dear cooks, found this recipe on the website, so the public at your own risk (if you do not notice, do not judge strictly). Sometimes, the store will not notice the "barrel" or didn't have enough time to make a procurement immediately after purchase, but tomatoes and peppers are already starting to deteriorate!? It's a shame! This sauce I make from tomatoes and peppers, which have already started to deteriorate (a bit), and throw a pity (due to food prices). Once I gave ketchup daughter of my close friend (girl quite choosy in matters of food) and she said, "Mom, let's do the same. Very tasty. Ask aunt Nasty recipe." ;-) Is a good thing to trim "all excess" and how to cook ;-) For me it is a lifesaver if you need to shred the vegetables that are trying to spoil. Eat right and very tasty!

Cooking
Cut with tomato and pepper "all too much" and cut somehow.
Cook the tomatoes with pepper on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until soft
While cooked tomatoes, cut onions, (again, "as the hand will take")
Add the onions (and garlic optional) into the boiling mass and cook for another 10 minutes until transparent onion
With the help of our blender turn the mixture into a homogeneous mass
Add the spices, salt, sugar, vinegar. Stir, cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes
Pour in sterilized jars\bottles. Do at a temperature of 100-110 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Wrap it up until cool. From the cooled ketchup lid needs to be "concave," like baby food. If the cover is "bulging" it is better to put a bottle of\the jar in the refrigerator and use it soon or replace the cover and pasteurize again.
