The pumpkin season we are preparing food from it, but unfortunately very often remains part of the pumpkin and use it quickly we can't. Pumpkin sometimes just go bad. I offer you outrageously simple recipe. Of the remaining pumpkins to make puree is not salty and not sweet. Put in a jar and clean it safely is 5-7 days. It can be used in cereal, in pancakes, as a garnish, salted... and where your imagination will lead you.

Cooking
Cut the pumpkin in small pieces.
Place the pumpkin in a saucepan and fill with water on the finger covering her.
