Beef or pork cut into small pieces.
Meat fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
In meat, the carrots and fry a little. Season with salt and pepper. And to put all of this into a deep saucepan - it will be the first layer.
The second layer - potatoes. Add salt and spices to taste.
Pour hot water (can be meat broth).
Make the dough for the lazy strudels: In a bowl pour the flour, add salt and soda. And also add water and knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a thin round layer, finely chop the onion or grate. And spread on rolled out dough. Season with salt and pepper.
The roll is not cut big slices. Put the strudels on the potatoes - this will be the third layer. All cover and leave on the stove for about 25 - 30 minutes until tender.
