Because soon the holidays friends! And New year's to us knocking at the door! One recipe will remind me, and suddenly someone come in handy! Bake in the oven meat, cheese, mushrooms and ham! The sauce complements them perfectly to everything! Very gently! Very juicy dish turns out! Everyone will like for sure! The holiday ends!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Broth

    50 ml

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Pork chop pocket (first incision to the end, next to a piece open like a book)

Slices, slightly repel, salt and pepper.

Mushrooms and onions finely chop, fry in minimum quantity of oil.
