Cooking
A bag of rice to boil in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Chicken liver cut into small pieces and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil in a well heated pan literally 5 minutes. Cooked rice cooling.
Onion cut into more small cubes and marinate for 15 minutes to half a glass of chilled water add salt, sugar and vinegar, put the onions in the marinade. Raw carrots to grate on a coarse grater the same way as the egg. Pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes.
