Mom's soup
This soup was invented by my mother in the years of perestroika. When we had no meat, pasta left much to be desired. Soup vkusnjashki, rich :)

Ingredients

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Carrots

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    2 l

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Make the dough for the dumpling - knead water, salt, flour. Allowed to rest for about 15-20 minutes minutes.

Cut half the onion diced. Pour in boiling water. Cook until the water acquires a greenish tint.

Cut 200 gr of carrots and potato cubes. Pour into the pan with the onions. Salt.

Cut into the dough. First, twist the sausage, and then to your taste determine the size of the dumpling. I'm making a big - kid so loves. Pour the stew to vegetables.

Do fried. Half an onion sliced, a carrot (the remaining 200 g) grate. Saute until Golden brown. Spread in the pan to klecka and vegetables.
