The preparation of this soup I saw in some cooking gear, recipe interested, decided to try it. The result did not disappoint.
Cooking
Boil until cooked chicken giblets (gizzards and hearts together, the liver separately). To make zazharku of onions and carrots. Remove giblets, cool down a bit. The broth from under the gizzards add chopped potatoes and sauté, cook until almost cooked potatoes.
Giblets to chop in a blender or a meat grinder (you can just finely chop). Add the eggs, flour, salt, pepper (get a not very appetizing mass of the consistency of thick cream). Now, as regular gnocchi, spread the dough with a spoon in the soup in small portions, add salt to taste, spices, cook for 5 minutes. The soup is ready!
