Cooking
Beat the eggs with flour, salt and pepper.
Onions finely chop, garlic chop, add to a clear mixture
Processed cheese grate (I had soft, and mashed with a fork)
The slice of bread spread with mixture on one side. First fry the loaf in the pan with the greased side and then the other.
