Ingredients

  • Vanilla sugar

First "marinate" pineapple. For this mix - vanilla sugar, liqueur (found in store only Fig) and lemon juice (lemon pre-erase peel on a small grater). Then make the dough. Soft margarine whipped with sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. One by one add the eggs, beating well each time by half a minute. Then add the milk and 2 admission - the flour with the baking powder. All good whisk. The result is a fairly thick batter. Turn on the oven to 180*C. the Form vystelim baking paper and spread the dough evenly.
