Hungarian cake
Recipe from the site kulina. EN - series: poured, mixed, baked :) Why this cake got me interested? It has one cunning (not to say raisin because raisins in it and so many) that distinguishes it from hundreds of similar... Pie rated as "excellent"!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Apricots

    100 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Whisk the sugar with the margarine and spices. Separate the whites from the yolks, the yolks one by one add to the oil mass, continuing to whisk. Add the raisins, chopped apricots, walnuts and then mix with a spoon. Fall asleep sifted flour and soda, pour the milk, mix well (never wrote that the flour should be sifted - it's, like, already know everything.)

Whisk whites with a pinch of salt until peaks and add to the dough: first 1/3 carefully and mix up the dough, then the remaining whites gently movements from the bottom-up, homogeneity test to achieve is not necessary).

Spread the batter in prepared pan and put in heated to 180*C oven. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Check the readiness with a match. Slightly cooled gently take out the pie, remove from the mold greaseproof paper (if baked on it) and here it is - twinkle - pour in the form of brandy or rum, or peach liqueur (I have). Put in pie form back and leave for a few hours until morning.
