  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

Cucumbers wash and soak for 6-8 hours in cold water. Banks prepare - wash and sterilize them. Spread spices.

In a large saucepan, pour 10 cups of water, add sugar and salt, bring to a boil and add vinegar. Now to the marinade add the cucumbers. (the pot is not removable). Keep on heat for 5-10 minutes prior to the boil, stirring from time to time, so they all plunged into the marinade. Do not overcook.

When the marinade comes to a boil cucumber - get the cucumber and spread on banks. A very complicated process, as the cucumbers hot. I take out tongs, very convenient.

Pour the marinade from the pan into jars and preserve. All our cucumbers are ready.
