One morning, going to work, I saw on TV cooking this casserole. I liked it very much for its simplicity and ease to prepare. Waiting for the weekend, with great pleasure I started cooking this recipe. I admit, casserole me even more pleased! Soft powdery casserole with a delicate taste of lemon. The aroma was all over the house! Here and decided to share with You, and I hope that there are fans of this casserole. So, I'll start. I want to apologize for a photo - the camera's out of batteries, and a new hand was not, had to use my phone.

Cooking
First, turn on the oven to heat at 220 degrees. Then begin to prepare itself. Separate the whites from the yolks. Then whisk the whites with half the sugar until thick peaks.
When the whites are ready, we will skip them for the time aside and do the yolks. Yolks, we whisk, add the cheese, the remnants of sugar and lemon (we twisted through a meat grinder). All the ingredients are well mixed until a homogeneous mass.
Then, very carefully, with a spatula put the cheese into the beaten egg whites and lightly stir.
The resulting mass we put in a baking dish and bake it in the oven. Bake until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
And here is the casserole ready to use. The taste is not to pass - very flavorful, tender, juicy!!! Bon appetit!
