With a sharp knife make cuts on the skin, about 1х1см (or 1,5x1,5 cm). Cut through the skin to the depth, but the meat is not affected. The force be the meat with garlic and liberally RUB our piece with a mixture of salt, pepper and favorite spices or herbs. Then put the meat in the fridge for about a day.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, take out the meat from the refrigerator and place on a baking pan or any other cookware casserole dish skin down. Pour the water about 1.5-2 cm and put into the oven for 40 minutes.
After this time, get "product" out of the oven and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.
Drain off liquid and turn the meat skin up.
Pour the beer, cover with foil and bake it in the oven for another 1 hour. After an hour remove the foil and another hour to condition withstanding our meat in the oven.
Not forgetting, of course, in the remaining hour, about 1 every 15 minutes to baste the crust to make it nice and brown, not wrinkled and dry. :)
Well, that's it, time's up, take out the meat from the oven, put on a plate and cut into pieces a La carte. Of course, if You are expecting guests, you should take the dish and the whole thing somehow prettier to decorate. :) And as you are not, then the item with the piece we discarded. :)
