From tomatoes to remove the pulp. It will go in a salad
Finely chopped tomato pulp, cucumber, onion, garlic. Taste and season with salt and pepper and add the horseradish

Salad to put inside the tomatoes
Tomatoes stuffed with salad, I was served with hedgehogs from minced meat and buckwheat instead of a side dish.
