Snack cake for all lovers of herring. Simple, fast, tasty and elegant.

Sour cream

Soy sauce

Lemon juice

Cooking
1. Clean herring, remove bones, cut into small strips. Cucumber and onion cut into small dice.
2. Sour cream mixed with cheese, add soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, oil. Mix well. The bread I had sliced, if not, chop. The form I made one with foil. At the bottom lay 2 slices of bread, brush with sour cream sauce.
3. Then put diced onions.
4. Herring. Cucumber. Again lubricated sauce. So to repeat three times. The top layer should be bread. Wrap cake with foil and remove for a couple of hours in the fridge.
5. Then to get, cut into small squares and decorate as desired.
