On our website there are already two recipe pastrami. Technology, recipes are almost identical. But there is a difference in the preparation of salamuri. Salamuri is a mixture of spices, which are coated with meat.

Cooking
Two chicken breast separated from the bones, divide into 4 fillets (or just buy the 4 ready pileski). In a liter of water to dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt, and put in water chicken for 2 hours.
Mix all the spices, add the mustard oil and mix well.
After lie down for the meat in brine for 2 hours, remove it, dry and spread spice mixture. Baking tray lay with foil (so less to wash), put the covered fillets and send in the already heated oven to 250 gr. exactly 15 minutes!!! The oven off and leave the meat there (without opening the door of the oven) for 2 hours.
Well, everything! Take out the meat, cooled in the refrigerator and eaten with a big appetite!!! This pastrami is well as for slicing sandwiches, and good salads.
