Cooking
1. With a mixer in a bowl, mix the sugar and eggs, whisk until the sugar will not dissolve.
3. Softened butter (I usually put a minute in the microwave).
4. Gradually add flour and mix with a mixer to get the "no lumps".
5. Or add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, or simply "extinguish" half a tablespoon of baking soda ("extinguish" means to fill with vinegar to hissed, but WITHOUT FANATICISM).
6. Take another container and share the resulting dough into 2 UNEQUAL parts (somewhere more, somewhere less). Approximately 40 to 60%.
7. In a smaller part add 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (I have a "gold label", remember from Soviet times, such a green tutu? smile) and stir with a mixer until a homogeneous mass.
8. Now we have to fill the form for baking our dough. As the Council - just place on the table two containers with the test (in each container is put a clean tablespoon) and in the middle, between them, a baking dish. In the form of melt a bit of butter to coat the bottom. Take a spoonful of the white dough and pour in the middle of the form
9. Now take a spoonful of dark dough and pour to the top and in the middle of the "white" dough. And pour into each other, until you run out of dough.
10. In the end we get that. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. If the top starts to burn - cover with parchment and turn down the heat to 160 degrees. At the time of about 40-50 minutes.
11. For the icing used in the chocolate "Alenka". Cooking melted chocolate trusted wife.
13. I usually turn it upside down and put into a large and deep bowl which is easier to smear chocolate.
